Certainly some puzzles artists are better known than others. There are puzzle makers looking for a specific artist and collecting their puzzles. The eyeser Stewart was loved. Steve Crisp has a lot of followers. Dominic Davison and Steve Read have a lot of puzzles to choose from different brands. There are a lot of puzzles artists and find a friend who likes to have fun.
A few months ago, I made a riddle called Ravensburger Novel Avenue by an artist named Demelsa Haughton. I love the strange feeling of the image, and I really like the unique artistic style of the artist. That’s my favorite riddle. Sadly, it lacks a piece. I contacted Ravensburger to replace it, but they had nothing. They told me to pick another puzzle. There were about 70 puzzles to choose from, and I chose great fashion. I love it more.

I like the art style and I think she looks like my beloved Novel Avenue. I had no idea that the artist was also Demelsa Haughton. What are the odds?
I contacted Demelsa on Facebook to tell her how much I loved her job, and we started talking. This kind woman has been painted for years. Most of her works were drawn on the board, so all were digitally painted. She had four puzzles with Ravensburger, and I did three of them.
I recently finished Demelsa Haughton’s Secret Garden and it became another garden. All three of the puzzles were glued and ready to hang on the wall.
Demelsa told me that she really likes puzzles, she always has, and that’s the dream job to illustrate them. She illustrated a book for an Australian publisher, and the book fell to a product manager at Ravensburger. They contacted her, and her dream came true. The door opens for more puzzles and I will be the first to order them. I’ll grab her 2000 pieces, if Fish can walk, as soon as possible!

I just realized how interesting it was for me to be drawn to the photograph without realising that the artist was like that. When an artist has his own style, we connect. I love strange and wonderful things. This artist speaks to me and I will watch over her work.
