In November, I wrote about my first puzzle. It’s in a rectangular box. I promised to make one of the triangles to compare it, because they’re very different in form and artist. I finally got one of my wish lists – magic sea by artist Rita Berman.
The quality of the works is as good as the old. Hard, tough and fit. There’s a difference, it’s a poster. This poster is huge! There is no way to keep it on the table when it covers the whole puzzle, so it sits on the chair next to me. I think it’s too big to function, but it’s standard with the triangle box. Greater than any poster I’ve ever seen in any puzzle.
I love everything about this puzzle. The colors are bright and fun. No riddle dust. None of the pieces are inappropriate. I never finished a riddle too busy, and at first I was a little overwhelmed. I think there’s something magical about this fairy sea world. It was one of the riddles that actually merged. I don’t remember where I started. I don’t remember the process. I remember taking pieces from the boxes and just letting them fit into my position. Very strange and sounds strange, but it really comes together very nice. Rita Berman has some other puzzles with Heye, but they have over 1,000 pieces. Someday, I’m gonna find some space and do it all.
I’m going to offer this puzzle a lot! I think I prefer the triangle to the rectangular, but that’s just a personal hobby. It will be in my top 10 in 2022. I’m sure of it. You cannot be wrong with any riddle Heye.
